What your challenges are

• In the position of Head of Quality Projects (m/f/d), you will be responsible for carrying out batch control, release/blocking of raw materials, intermediate and end products for products from early stage / commercialised projects
• In your role, you will provide technical and disciplinary leadership to a highly motivated team
• You will process and evaluate production problems including complex quality deviations within the scope of projects
• In addition, you will be responsible for checking instructions, such as manufacturing specifications or analysis methods, production and analytics as part of projects
• You are the contact person for contract manufacturers in all quality aspects including co-auditing and defining/evaluating measures
• You create “Product Quality Reviews” and also process complaints for the assigned project-related products
• You will be involved in internal projects relating to qualitative data analysis - as a project manager and as a representative in higher-level projects in cooperation with international teams

What we are looking for

• You have a degree in natural sciences/technology, e.g. in chemistry, biology, biotechnology, process engineering or pharmacy
• You have several years of professional experience in a job-related field
• You already have several years of experience in the management and implementation of projects and ideally experience in personnel management
• As a bonus, you have in-depth knowledge of production processes and systems
• You are business fluent in German and English
• In addition to excellent communication skills, you enjoy working in international teams
• You are willing to travel nationally and internationally on occasion
