THE ROLE

Reporting to Director of Global Licensing , the Head of Retail Development, UK & Ireland, is responsible for developing and executing a focused, retail sales and marketing strategy across all key accounts.
The role leverages the richness of BBC Studio’s entertainment portfolio (with a focus on priority franchises) to build sustainable, long term retail relationships and campaigns that support brand growth and provide a strong ROI.
The candidate will be responsible for the sell-in of our IP to retailers across the region and the development and execution of retail programs in line with brand guidelines and local/regional/global business objectives and strategies.
