Job Description

Drive the global Retention Tech strategy for DH and lead high-impact projects to increase CLV for our brands in 40+ DH markets

  • Technical Development for CRM Solutions: Develop and refine our Retention Solutions and Products portfolio, utilizing technologies such as API integrations, Braze technologies, and Google Cloud functions. You’ll be responsible for further developing solutions like GenAI Copywriting Assistant, Dynamic Content Campaigns, Automated Campaign Composer and Sender.
  • Innovation & Solution Execution: Understand business needs of our key stakeholders in central and regional teams. Translate them into requirements for our Retention Product Roadmaps and design technical solutions, prioritized based on impact. Understand how we can leverage new technologies to improve automation, efficiency and personalization of our campaigns.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of five developers and Product Managers. Oversee their progress in development, launch, and evaluation of CRM Tech Solutions, ensuring alignment with company and Marketing/Product goals. Provide technological input and collaborate with various teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment.
  • Commercial stack: be the main POC for Braze, our customer engagement platform. Ensure our brands make maximum use of all features and capabilities Braze has to offer. Be the main point of contact for the Customer Success team as well as Braze Product team – influence their feature roadmap based on DH business needs.

Qualifications
-

8+ years of relevant professional experience in a product and tech-centric Marketing role with focus on Retention / Customer Relationship Management or CRM Tech Consultancy experience

  • Proven ability to explore, design and develop technical solutions in an agile working environment, close collaboration with technical teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management, presentation and communication skills: you are a creative problem solver and can get others on board with your ideas (experience in working in a global matrix organization is a big plus!)
  • Highly analytical and a data-driven approach to product prioritisation: You are able to understand potential impact of Retention solutions and how they help us to achieve overall business goals
  • Proficiency in translating business needs into high-level CRM solutions using modern technologies and templating/automation languages (Rest APIs, Google Cloud, JavaScript, HTML)
