We are recruiting a Head of Reward & Global Mobility to be responsible for setting the global reward and recognition strategy and transforming the global mobility service to ensure it is fit for purpose and supports growth.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the reward and global mobility service within People Services as a shared service function. Collaborate with People Directors to transform and future proof global reward and mobility agendas.
- Ensure the delivery of annual incentive payment cycles including provision of market data and analysis to support strategic decisions. Work with the People & Performance Leadership Team and SLT to shape business outcomes.
- Conduct benchmarking and job evaluation for senior leadership roles, aiding the business with compensation decisions within the context of total reward packages. Support the reward team with the evaluation of other roles as needed.
- Lead AB Agri projects for reward and mobility (including M&A due diligence and integration) to ensure the delivery of best practices, adherence to AB Agri principles and effective use of relevant technology.
- Ensure our global benefits packages are fit for purpose, aligned with local market relevancy and legislation. Drive the strategic agenda for global benefits forward, ensuring alignment with business needs and growth.
- Work with the Group People & Performance Director with Executive Remuneration activities.
- Participate in the Reward network within Associated British Foods sharing best practice and collaborating on strategic projects with the parent reward team.
- Lead business-wide recognition initiatives to ensure alignment with the reward strategy and encourage employee engagement.
- Continually review and communicate the AB Agri Reward philosophy, principles and strategy, ensuring alignment to the overall Agri Business and People strategy.
- Transform our cross-border movements, partnering with People & Performance Directors to ensure the service is fit for purpose and adaptable to growth.
- Assess, recommend, implement changes and maintain the service in BAU.
