Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW

As Head of Sales, you will play a key role in developing and executing Auxilion’s sales and Go-To-Market strategy. This will include managing major accounts, as well as driving the development and acquisition of new clients. Additionally, you will oversee an experienced IT services and solutions sales team and collaborate closely with the Auxilion Management team to provide strategic direction for the organization.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the Sales team
  • Achieve Gross Margin targets set
  • Ensure coverage for business units in terms of annual revenue targets
  • Ensure Customer Relationship Management systems are kept up to date
  • Ensure optimal pricing strategies to win bids
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date Account Plans exist for nominated accounts
  • Be an Executive Sponsor for nominated accounts
  • Complete loss reviews for key deals and develop strategies for addressing gaps
