    Randstad is collaborating with a fast growing direct-selling organisation in the MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) industry. They offer a wide range of products to consumers through independent distributors or leaders. They are seeking an experienced and aggressive leader to head the sales team and report to the company’s President.

    You will be reporting to the President of the company and will directly manage 2 managers and indirectly manage 8 senior executives / executives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • You will be supporting the President in handling key logistics & administration of sales rallies, events, incentive trips and training events or seminars.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team and Event Management Companies to support and facilitate sales events or product launches or talks targeted at sales force, throughout Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Hong Kong and Indonesia.
  • Preparing reports on past performances of Sales Leaders in order to be used as a basis for formulation on new Salesforce Incentives and promotions.
  • Assisting the President and GMD to set goals for Sales Leaders & communicating these goals to Sales Leaders.
  • Analyse the performance of past salesforce incentive and promotions to evaluate ROI and ways to do the promotions better.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related fields
  • At least 6 to 8 years of Sales experience in MLM, direct selling or equivalent.
  • Strong analytic and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to present strategy at every level within the organisation.
