This role is responsible of working across all branches and business divisions to drive a consistent sales methodology and enhance sales capability. A key focus area for this role is to drive growth across all divisions with strong commercial fundamentals through a sustainable mix of organic growth plus retained contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales operating rhythm through fortnight and monthly meetings, focused on sales results, pipeline management, and updates on key performance indicators
- Communicate and update sales managers across all divisions on key business initiatives, business results, upcoming training programs, product and/or innovation activities
- Develop a suite of consistent sales dashboards and reports providing updates on key performance metrics and business results
- Drive continuous improvement programs specifically designed to enhance the overall customer experience
- Create insights and trends to help drive initiatives at the branch level and support key decision-making processes on investment strategies
- Support systems & tools within the sales ecosystem and provide training (via sales trainers) to ensure all sales personnel are updated on features and functionality
