TrustYou is seeking a Head of Sales Operations to orchestrate and optimize our sales, marketing, and customer success efforts. This remote role offers a unique opportunity to make a global impact while collaborating with a highly motivated team.

IN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT BY…..

  • Developing and executing a data driven revenue operations strategy, aligning sales, marketing, and customer success functions to maximize revenue potential.
  • Overseeing the implementation and utilization of Salesforce and Chargebee to streamline and monitor revenue operations effectively.
  • Collaborating with the Chief Revenue Officer to set revenue goals, accurately forecast revenues, and provide detailed performance reports.
  • Ensuring all revenue-related activities support the company’s financial objectives, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Managing the entire customer lifecycle to optimize acquisition, retention, and lifetime value while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Supporting the pricing strategy development and sales promotions in coordination with product management and marketing teams.
  • Mentoring and developing the revenue operations team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
