We are now looking for a Head of Sales to accelerate our growth in South-east Asia with a focus on Thailand, Indonesia and Singapore markets.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Master’s degree (business, engineering) or equivalent diploma
  • 10+ years experience in consulting firms, agency or SaaS vendor with solid client-facing and business development experience, and a strong interest in everything data and AI.
  • Solid experience in sales and account management with a consultative approach

SKILLS & INTERESTS

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in English (Bahasa Indonesia/Malay or Thai is a plus), experience in public speaking
  • Good understanding of web/app analytics, media performance and Cloud-powered marketing use cases especially (technical background is a plus)
  • Solid insights in the Western adtech/martech landscape (insights about and connections with the Thai and/or Indonesia adtech/martech community is a plus)
  • Genuine curiosity in new technologies and digital transformation
  • Proven experience in sales leadership
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients and partners.
  • Experience in handling senior-level client communications.
  • Willingness to travel and represent the company at industry events in South-east Asia.
  • Singaporean passport holder

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the company’s services, review our business plan and adapt our local GTM strategy incl. key channels and technology vendors to partner with.
  • Develop and execute local action plans to meet near and long-term growth objectives, monitor weekly sales performance and adapt as required.
  • Engage with and nurture long-term relationships with senior stakeholders at prospects, clients and technology partners to build your sales pipe.
  • Lead the preparation and presentation of proposals and RFP responses with the support of our local Consulting team as well as regional subject matter experts as required.
  • Monitor clients announcements, market dynamics, and competitor activity to guide your strategy.
  • Represent the company in Southeast Asia, taking the stage for panel discussions, keynotes, or fireside chats with clients and tech partners, or bylines in the press, supported by our regional marketing team.
  • Develop collaboration with other offices for regional and global accounts coordination.
