Description:

LOCATION: SINGAPORE (OFFICE-BASED)

FOREO is on the lookout for a forward-thinking and proactive Head of Sales to join our SEA team. This professional will establish long-term strategic goals within the SEA region, identify business opportunities, and build key customer relationships across brick-and-mortar, e-commerce, and travel retail segments.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role or job key activities and responsibilities
  • Experience in the beauty industry
  • Deep understanding of multiple sales channels: brick-and-mortar, online, and travel retail
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Experience working in Southeast Asia markets is a plus.
  • Fluent proficiency in both verbal and written communication in English. Mandarin is a big plus.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
  • Candidates available to start immediately will have slight advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Southeast Asia region with a focus on Retail and Travel retail channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, including Sephora and travel retail accounts, to ensure maximum product visibility and sales
  • Identify business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth
  • Take the lead in the negotiation of commercial terms and brands’ placement with accounts (omnichannel)
  • Gather relevant information on pricing, consumer profiles, trends to formulate effective business strategies
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment and support business objectives
  • Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to track performance and ensure targets are met.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
  • All other activities according to the Supervisor’s request in behalf of job position requirements
