QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFILE
Mandatory
- At least 10 years in Software development in managing software and applications with about 5 years of experience in financial institutions
- Subject matter expert on in-house application development
- Well versed with extended team management, stakeholder management
- Knowledge and/or hands on working experience a technological environment involving technical architecture and design, implementation, DevOps
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and logical skills.
- Customer service oriented and a strong team player.
- Ability to work under pressure and a commitment to solving issues.
Good to have
- Exposure to Data Processing and Storage technologies and architecture
- Exposure to Accounting and Financial risks (Basel 3, LCR, NSFR)
EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Senior level (min. 10 years)
- Bachelors’ or Master’s degree in relevant specialities
- Computer Science /Information Technology
- Programming & Systems Analysis
- Science (Computer Studies)

Responsibilities:
- IT - Delivery management & Production support
- Oversee the acquisition and development of software systems in organizational units.
- Reach agreement on plans for projects and services provided by the team
- Ensure the projects, activities and tasks under the team’s responsibility are performed within quality standards, on schedule and cost-effectively
- Oversee the development of Proof-of-Concept/ solutions and provide technical expertise on the development of software and platform features, ensuring that appropriate security and risk factors are considered.
- Manage budget and capacity allocation according to priorities communicated by functional manager
- Ensure each solution developed by the team fulfills the client needs
- Monitor the results and quality of the different software solutions and projects implemented in the organization.
- Ensure seamless project deliveries and production support for head office
- Partnership and communication
- Analyze status reporting of team activities against the program plan or schedule
- Interface with the Head of department, head-office partners and user sponsors informed of task accomplishment, issues and status
- Serve as a focal point to communicate and resolve interface and integration issues with other teams and business partners
- Escalate issues which cannot be resolved within the team
- Provide guidance to the team based on management direction

- Be the leader of the Hiring strategy of your domain, having a clear control over resources performance, seniority and costs
