Description:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in project management, leading operational initiatives.
- 3 years of experience in people management with direct reports.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in managing and optimizing operations and processes in large business organizations.
- Experience in tech or media industries.
- Strong project management skills and ability to operate cross-functionally.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas and information in an effective and clear, concise manner, with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, combined with business acumen.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a small team, with ownership of key processes and work streams including leading portfolio segmentation, selection and optimization processes for managed partners, and overseeing the acquisition strategy for new content partners.
- Design and enhance segmented, full-funnel management of content partners, ranging from high-touch support for the largest, most complex partners to scaled support offerings for smaller ones.
- Coordinate key operational processes for Partnerships teams in EMEA, including development, deployment, and tracking of annual and quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), holding teams accountable for their achievement.
- Operationalize critical incentive platforms which enable teams to discover, prioritize, and deliver key opportunities to relevant partners.
- Deliver strong analytics and insights around partner ecosystem and team performance, and in support of prioritized regional and global strategic initiatives.
