Responsibilities:

  • Leadership : strong technical leadership of a cross functional team comprising software engineers, quality engineers solution, designers, promoting a collaborative and engaging work environment
  • Technology Strategy : develop and execute the technology strategy and roadmap for Payment Switching, ATM, Cash and Fraud systems, in alignment with business objectives and industry mandates
  • Program Delivery : manage a portfolio of projects and change, working across stakeholders to plan and resource demand and ensure quality in delivery
  • Stakeholder Engagement: development of relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders, providing direction in the formulation of business strategy and technology roadmap decisions
  • Service Management : end to end ownership of related technology assets, including operations, financials and risk management
  • Partnerships : Manage relationships with vendors and third-party service providers ensuring effective delivery and adherence to SLA
