Job Description

Tasks

• You’re responsible for analysing, designing and developing AdTech solutions for the various Sky products
• In cooperation with the specialist department, you’ll define requirements for our IT systems for external IT service providers, check their solution proposals and offers and ensure that the final solution fits Sky
• You’ll act as a technical advisor for all company-wide AdTech topics at home and abroad in the design and integration of future-proof AdTech solutions for Sky
• You’ll accompany and take responsibility for technology projects in all project phases as Head of Solution Architecture (m/f/d) from high-level design to requirements analysis, solution design, testing and rollout
• You’ll be responsible for end-to-end projects at high-level and component level, taking into account the requirements of the specialist department and internal guidelines and limits, e.g. with regard to infrastructure, information security or data protection
• Planning and leading complex and large workshops with specialist departments as well as our internal IT and service providers will be in your responsibility
• You’re involved in the creation of architecture and design concepts & are responsible for adequate documentation

Requirements

• You’ve a degree or comparable training and at least 6-8 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Solution Architect or Subject Matter Expert (m/f/d)
• You’re characterised by your deep understanding of advertising technology and content management & your ability to propose new, meaningful solutions for Sky
• You’ve an understanding of both the end user requirements for enterprise software and the overarching strategic requirements of management for IT
• You’ve experience and/or understanding of the German and international advertising market & the IT applications used in it
• Knowledge and experience with the systems Mydas, Freewheel, Google Ad Manager, Landmark, SQL Nautilus, Whats’On, Content Explorer or APIx are a plus
• You can adequately describe complex content, taking into account your audience (specialist department, IT service provider, management, IT)
• Ideally, you’ve an understanding of Sky products (Q, Stream, Go, Store), video on demand & linear television, and you are comfortable working with planning and content management systems for advertising marketing
• You’d describe yourself as self-initiated, proactive and not afraid to challenge the status quo to make improvements & your way of working as problem-solving, decisive and organised - the willingness to learn new technologies is a matter of course for you
• Good English skills round off your profile
