We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced treasury banking product expert to lead our Specialty Industry Vertical Product Management team, who will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and profitability within our specialty industry verticals.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and oversee the Specialty Industry Vertical (healthcare, technology, manufacturing, construction and/or real estate) Product Management team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability within specialty industry verticals, including identifying market opportunities, defining product roadmaps, and setting pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and execution of business objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs within specialty industry verticals.
• Drive product innovation and development initiatives, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners as needed.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners to enhance market penetration and drive revenue growth.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track progress against goals and objectives, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
