Description:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Strategic business development: Contribute to a clear revenue strategy that aligns with the organisation’s goals and objectives to meet revenue targets.
  • Revenue Generation: Motivated by top line sales growth and focused on monthly and annual sales targets. records of customer engagement on the company CRM system. Evaluate potential partnership and direct sales opportunities to ensure sustained business growth and measure and analyse sales initiative success.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and develop new partners for potential business expansion and strategic partnerships. Seek partnerships that generate significant exposure and result in scalable, international markets.
  • Technical integrations: Understand integrations and technical topics to a system level and the business value of cross/system integrations.
  • Sales Cycle: Work in all aspects of the sales cycle, including presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations, and the closing process
  • Travel: Regular national and international travel to meet with current and prospective partners and clients.
  • Relationship Development: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners including establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships to foster business expansion opportunities.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about international market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes. Utilize market insights to inform strategic decision-making and shape revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and concerted efforts toward achieving overall business objectives. Ensure a detailed knowledge of the product and product roadmap to establish clear alignment with what the prospective clients require. Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute marketing plans with customers in mind. Assist in identifying viable market and pricing strategies.
  • Contract Negotiation and Management: Ensure compliance with contractual agreements, fostering a mutually beneficial and sustainable relationship. Lead negotiations with partners to ensure favorable terms for both parties.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a positive, professional attitude and represent Nomos One’s values.
  • Public speaking: Strong presentation skills to represent Nomos One both directly with partners and potential clients and at events such as conferences. A deep understanding technical product drivers for successful integrations and long-term partnership outcomes will enhance this.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Experience in high-level sales and business development: Several years of experience in a business development or high performing sales team leadership role, particularly in a B2B and/or SaaS or Accounting environment.
  • Strong technical skills around partnership integrations and scaling the business for long term growth.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, expanding business opportunities, and building strong client relationships and successful partnerships.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building abilities.

Responsibilities:

The Head of Revenue Growth and Partnerships plays a pivotal role in driving strategic business development, revenue generation, and establishing valuable partnerships to meet and exceed revenue targets. The ideal person is technically minded, understands technology and has past experience with managing software integration projects with partners. The role does require national and international travel to meet with current and prospective partners and clients. This leadership position combines strategic vision with collaborative execution to fuel the Nomos One’s growth.
