WE ARE SEEKING A HEAD OF STUDENT EXPERIENCE FOR OUR LATAM PROJECT WHO WILL MANAGE ALL PROCESSES RELATED TO COMMUNICATION WITH OUR STUDENTS.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in leading customer-facing organizations, nurturing high-performing teams, and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Genuine passion for students and educational products, with a strong commitment to enhancing the student experience.
- Demonstrated proactive problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Proficiency in conceptualizing, designing, and implementing structural components necessary for a successful student experience operation.
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in client services, particularly within the EdTech industry.
What you will do:
As the Head of Student Experience, you’ll supervise and organize teams responsible for delivering guidance, support, refunds, and career services to students. With a dedicated focus on enhancing the student journey from enrollment to graduation, this role is geared towards achieving high levels of satisfaction and engagement among students.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive customer experience strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals.
- Analyze the entire student journey, identifying crucial touchpoints and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing, to ensure a seamless and positive student experience.
