Head of Supply Chain/Production

About the Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for optimising the supply chain for Accuron Industrial Technology (AIT), including setting up an Asia production facility. The responsibilities include functional supervision of selected staff in the Wafer Frontend Equipment (WFE). This role shall report to the Co-MD of AIT based in Singapore.
About the Company: AIT is fully owned by Accuron Technologies, a global precision engineering and technology group headquartered in Singapore.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, supply chain management, Logistics, Operations Management or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certifications in APICS, CSCP, and CPIM are preferred.
• Proven track record of at least 5 years in supply chain leadership roles, with hands-on experience developing and implementing supply chain strategies, processes, and systems in a complex, global environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower teams to achieve high performance and deliver results.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software, ERP systems, and advanced analytics tools preferred.
• Knowledge of industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory requirements in supply chain management, logistics and procurement.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with the Group’s overall business goals and objectives, focusing on enhancing manufacturing footprint, operational performance, minimizing costs, and maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Drive initiatives to optimize inventory levels, minimize stockouts and overstock situations and improve inventory turnover ratios while maintaining high service levels and customer satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, logistics providers, and internal departments, to drive collaboration, innovation, and value creation across the supply chain network.
• Streamline logistics operations, including production facilities, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and manufacturing, to align supply chain activities with demand forecasts, sales projections, and production plans, ensuring synchronization and alignment across the company.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements affecting the supply chain landscape. Proactively identify risks and opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
