EDUCATION

  • University degree in Supply Chain Management and Logistics

EXPERIENCE

  • Approx. 10 years’ experience in a Supply Chain Management and Logistics leadership role or equivalent through adjacent roles
  • Technical background in Operations within API business preferred
  • Strong leadership personality with excellent communication skills (change management experience)
  • Strong lean and change management background
  • Highly people oriented, trustworthiness, self-confidence, convincing, inspiring, change agent, learning agility

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

  • Process and project management skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent and collaborative stakeholder management intern and extern
  • Business acumen / financial understanding
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to all levels within the organization and external stakeholders
  • English and German skills (fluent)
