EDUCATION
- University degree in Supply Chain Management and Logistics
EXPERIENCE
- Approx. 10 years’ experience in a Supply Chain Management and Logistics leadership role or equivalent through adjacent roles
- Technical background in Operations within API business preferred
- Strong leadership personality with excellent communication skills (change management experience)
- Strong lean and change management background
- Highly people oriented, trustworthiness, self-confidence, convincing, inspiring, change agent, learning agility
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
- Process and project management skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent and collaborative stakeholder management intern and extern
- Business acumen / financial understanding
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to all levels within the organization and external stakeholders
- English and German skills (fluent)
