Our ESG Specialist will also take the lead in crafting compelling bid submissions that highlight the exceptional work our organisation is accomplishing. These submissions, primarily targeting government entities, aim to secure relevant contracts and funding to further our impactful initiatives.

YOUR ROLE IN ACTION

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, partners, charities, and community organisations.
  • Lead the creation and submission of government bids with regards to Social Value and other ESG, EDI and/or CSR sections, ensuring compliance with all relevant requirements and maximising potential for successful outcomes. Working closely with the relevant teams, ensure all bid submissions meet the requirements and deadlines.

  • Act as the subject matter expert in relation to EDI, CSR, and ESG training, identifying requirements and commissioning and/or delivering briefing sessions and training programmes for managers, staff, and other stakeholders as necessary. This will include the development of relevant e-learning packages and input to the design and delivery of induction and mandatory training sessions as appropriate, working with the People Team.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate proposals, presentations, and reports to support government bid submissions, share updates with our established committees, internal and external partners, and the board.
