Description:
Head of Business Systems and Processes
A leading eCommerce company in Germany is looking for a Head of Business Systems and Processes to improve and integrate their Business Systems landscape.
Working closely with senior leadership teams and key stakeholders across Business functions and Tech, you will lead and drive improvements in the ERP and integrated Systems landscape, delivering key automations for areas covering Supply Chain, Inventory, Warehousing, Logistics, and Finance.
Responsibilities:
Lead and improve the integrated business systems landscape for a dynamic international scale-up environment
Drive integrations between ERP systems, bespoke inhouse solutions and 3rd party IT systems with a focus on process automation and scalability
Work closely with Business stakeholders to identify KPIs for the Business Applications landscape and manage and drive Tech and Systems Engineering teams through delivery
Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify improvement initiatives for key processes SCM, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Inventory, and Sales operations
