Job Description
As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will lead the UK and US talent acquisition team with the primary objective of ensuring the successful delivery of hiring top talent across all departments from high-volume early careers roles to senior/hard-to-fill roles. You will also lead on global Talent Acquisition projects such as improving and developing our employer brand, campus strategy, process improvements and help to implement sourcing strategies.
You will report to the Head of People, Europe & US (based in Texas) as well as manage and coach a team of two Senior Talent Acquisition Managers based in the UK.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience managing and leading an international talent acquisition team in a high-growth organisation.
  • You will understand the differing challenges between high-volume early careers recruitment and experienced hires recruitment while being able to create different sourcing strategies for each type of recruitment.
  • You are a self-starter who must be able to demonstrate the ability to work through ambiguity and change.
  • Experience recruiting for a high-bar, person-centred organisation that is known for its quality of talent is preferable.
  • You will possess strong relationship-building and business-partnering skills.
  • You will use data to drive hiring decision-making and strategies.
  • Experience working with various systems such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR Systems (HRIS), job boards and sourcing platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute a playbook to source, assess and onboard top international talent for (mostly) early careers roles and some managerial level roles, utilizing a judicious mix of agencies, job boards and other external resources together with a proven process and highly effective ATS.
  • Manage and coach your direct reports providing a forum for open feedback and support while continually thinking about their career development.
  • Balance the need to fill roles on time with an unyielding emphasis on the hiring bar. When forced to choose, you always prioritize the hiring bar, but can still propose business-focused, data-driven solutions for how to fill the role.
  • Build solid relationships with stakeholders across the whole organization and be seen as the Subject Matter Expert for all things recruitment at Third Bridge.
  • Embed and develop the employer brand and its effectiveness to attract the right quality of candidates across early careers and experienced hires globally.
  • Work with D&I ambassadors to understand the needs of the business to devise strategies to hire cognitively, ethnically and socially diverse team members at all levels.
