Description:

We are seeking a new Head of Talent who will be responsible for embedding talent management frameworks which will need to carefully balance our needs for improving equality outcomes, establishment discipline and will need to create deep partnerships with our student employability services and partners to ensure we have pipeline support for maintaining coherent talent management outcomes for our workforce. The Head of Talent will also have a key role in delivering outcomes for sector accreditations such as the Technicians Commitment.
