We are seeking a competent leader with technical expertise, a key individual who will actively contribute to our continuous improvement process!
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
We are looking for a skilled leader with a minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering, design, and/or operations in the shipping or oil and gas industry, including a minimum of 5 years in leadership positions. You should have a solid technical background and a demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects. Offshore health certification will be a requirement.
Responsibilities:
In the role of Head of Technical Support, these are the key responsibilities:
- Managing technical standards, performance, and compliance.
- Providing support to Asset Teams and coordinating external assistance.
- Supervising Technical Authorities and overseeing their functions.
- Optimizing FLNG technical and maintenance support.
- Assessing maintenance risks and implementing mitigation measures.
- Setting goals, maintaining KPIs, and driving improvement.
- Managing engineer teams and fostering their development.
You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and be an integral part of the Emergency Response Team.
