Responsibilities:

This strategic leadership position will lead the Service Management, Technology Operations and resilience function to ensure the continuous availability, performance, and security of Tabcorp’s technology systems.
Leading a high-performing team comprising both Tabcorp and Partner resources, you’ll drive operational excellence and implement measures for uninterrupted service delivery. You’ll ensure seamless services through third-party providers, maintaining system availability and performance while striving for continual improvement and quality enhancement.
In addition, you will be responsible for managing third-party suppliers for data centre and on-premises infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business needs and SLAs and developing resilience strategies to protect against disruptions and overseeing response and recovery efforts during crises.

This role requires regular on-call escalation management to support our “Always On” Operational environment including being on-call most Saturdays.
