Description:

We have a rare opportunity for you! This exciting technically focused Head of Technology Teams (SAP) role will be the leader for a multi-disciplined SAP focused technical team. You will have technical vision and knowledge of SAP enabling you to devise strategies aiding in both technology development and the development of team members.
Alongside the responsibility for the seamless delivery of an evolving change portfolio you will also need to be an inspiring manager to grow high performing technical teams. The human element within this is vital as you will need to support team members day to day providing awe inspiring leadership. Bringing together new ways of working, such as agile practices and improved use of tooling to support delivery. You will collaborate daily with other teams and have a proven technology background, which is essential to this role.
You will report to the CTO and will work closely with other Product teams, Senior/Executive sponsors, business leads, visionaries and other key stakeholders to apply leadership, delivery skills and insight to deliver and embed successful technology change throughout the University.
