Your role:
As the Head of Transformation Office (m/f/d) you are driving overall strategy execution including overall digitalization of Mabanaft.You are a key report of the Mabanaft CTO, running all transformational activities globally for the Group. Yin this role. you are building up and leading a team of experienced business project managers / transformation managers.

Your tasks:

  • Driving global rollout of our operating model across all business units and entities
  • Executing various post-merger integration projects ensuring the realization of value and the increase of enterprise value as well as managing process optimization
  • Working closely with the Executive Board, especially the Chief Transformation Officer (CTO), top management, and senior leadership skills
  • Owning the Mabanaft Business Process Modeling and Optimization initiatives
  • Orchestrating the collaboration and modus operandi across all functions within the CTO area
  • Leading organizational change management efforts, building positive relationships with internal stakeholders, recognize transformation needs and obstacles early, and develop proposals to overcome them

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Experience: several years’ experience in an (IT) Project Manager or Change Manager position in an advances and complex international environment
  • Leadership and Project Management: proficient in Project Management tools and analytic and have proven track record in leading diverse and international teams
  • Education: Master’s degree (or equivalent) in economical or technical studies

Relevant Skills:

  • Communication: empathetic and holistic leadership skills, experience in leading teams though ambiguity in international set-ups and strong communication skills
  • Overview: easy handle of multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, good contextual awareness and good strategic thinking skills
  • Hands-On Mentality: confident working in fast paced environments with flat hierarchies and solving challenges on your own
