We are looking for an experienced, driven and hands-on Head of Transformation & Strategy to support our CEO to transform our business and help us further scale our company. As the CEO’s right-hand, you will provide critical support to the leadership team and thereby have an impact on top-level decision making while gaining extensive insights into a rapidly growing international company. Next to leading important projects you will be facilitating collaboration between our international entities, while managing and building teams to grow our organization.

MINIMUM QUALIFIKATIONEN

• Work experience: 3+ years of experience in dynamic working environments in a data-driven role, consulting, or business development.
• Education: Graduation/MBA degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and/or related fields.
• Growth mindset: Strong pursuit of improvement and a proven track record of making an impact in a rapidly growing global organization.
• Project excellence: Proven experience in developing, communicating and executing company-wide projects as well as a deep understanding of financial metrics and end-to-end processes.
• Efficient execution: You have strategic thinking and analytical skills for data-driven decision-making. You work efficiently and accurately under tight deadlines, displaying persistence in overcoming challenges.
• Collaborator: Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative work style with the ability to build trust and credibility with senior leaders and stakeholders in an international environment.
• Communicator: Excellent English and German language skills (spoken, written).
