SPECIFICALLY, HEAD OF UNSECURED LENDING PROPOSITION NOT BOXED IN BY JOB TITLE
You will be helping us to build and run this exciting new digital business. The purpose of this role is build and grow unsecured lending proposition for both Small business and Personal Banking Customers.
You will:
- Own unsecured lending proposition for Small business and Personal Banking customers across all parts of customer lifecycle.
- Input into the target audience considerations and customer needs analysis as required to ensure the proposition is fit for purpose.
- Ensure that defined targets are met by designing and implementing desirable product propositions, balancing customer experience, digital features and pricing considerations.
- Prioritise products and features in line with growth ambition, margin and loss rate targets while giving a strong consideration to revolving vs instalment credit needs of customers.
- Contribute to the forecasts and work with Finance, Treasury and Risk stakeholders closely.
- Prepare pricing recommendations carefully balancing margin, growth and loss rate, factoring in the proposition value and competitive position.
- Manage disclosure documents.
- Lead a team of product professionals; collaborate with external partners and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements.
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, fostering an environment conducive to creativity and teamwork.
