Description:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Head of Wealth Management for our wealth management platform, “COMETUM.” As a pioneer in the field of tokenization, we provide investors with access to previously hard-to-reach private market investments such as private debt and private equity. With our innovative approach, we are revolutionizing the market and creating new opportunities for investors worldwide.

Tasks

  • Built strong B2B partnerships with private banks, wealth managers and family offices.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to strengthen our market presence and achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify potential customers and business opportunities through targeted market analysis and networking activities.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through professional consulting and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to understand customer requirements and offer solutions.
  • Lead and develop the sales team to maximize their performance and goal achievement.
  • Track sales metrics and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related fields (top tier universities preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales of financial services, preferably in the private banking or wealth management industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of acquiring new clients and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Excellent knowledge of private market investments, particularly in the area of private equity, private debt or real assets.
  • Experience in building and leading a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • High level of goal orientation, assertiveness, and initiative.
  • Strong analytical abilities and strategic thinking.
