POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Retail, Consumer Goods, Travel and Hospitality Lead, your focus will be to develop and deliver our digital strategy propositions for the industry – shaping the future of our client’s businesses and creating transformative strategies to validate, launch, and scale new customer-led digital business models, products, and experiences.
As an experienced strategy lead with the ability to be on the tools delivering work, you will also be leading teams and inspiring them to deliver great work. You’ll be highly experienced at building relationships, developing proposals to support the needs of our clients, and delivering unique points of view that differentiate Cognizant and our partners in-market.

Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver for clients:

  • Lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to shape, design, test and deliver innovative strategies and solutions for clients.
  • Lead the development of proposals and business development activities, including thought leadership, unique points of view and innovative approaches as part of the pitch process.
  • Owning the commercial lens and business value focus within a cross-disciplinary team of product strategists, designers, data engineers, and technologists to ensure approaches are set up to deliver real value
