We are currently seeking a poised and customer-focused Head Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As a Head Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their experience at our restaurant. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Manage reservations, ensuring accurate and efficient table assignments.
  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Answer phone calls and inquiries, providing information and assistance.
  • Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organized.
  • Uphold the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Open Table or Seven Rooms
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or Maitre D’ in a restaurant.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive and friendly demeanour.
