QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree & or relevant experience in tiered service delivery in Talent Acquisition.
  • 10+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment, recruitment process outsourcing, or Talent Acquisition operations.
  • Proven track record of team leadership and engagement.
  • Strong technical skills with proficiency in recruitment software and automation tools.
  • Experience in scaled agile methodologies or equivalent project and program management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish relationships and build trust and credibility with multiple and cross functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

ROLE PURPOSE

In this pivotal role, you’ll lead our high-volume recruitment and TA Coordinator teams. Your mission is to ensure the Talent Acquisition strategy is flawlessly executed within the organization. You’ll play a pivotal role in our Employee Services Team, focusing on smooth and effective Talent Acquisition operations. We’re looking for a strategic leader who can drive our recruitment efforts and maintain seamless integration with our shared services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and Manage: Oversee the High-Volume Talent Acquisition team and the centralised team of Talent Attraction and Acquisition and Assessment coordinators.
  • Operational Excellence: Focus on high-volume recruitment, ensuring efficient and effective processes to meet the current and future demand.
  • COE Leadership: Be an active member of the Talent Attraction and Acquisition COE leadership team, bringing insights from high-volume operations to group-wide projects.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously drive process improvements and innovations to enhance time-to-hire and overall efficiency.
  • Tech and Automation: Leverage technology and automation tools to streamline recruitment processes and improve service delivery.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, aligning their needs with recruitment operations.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the high-volume recruitment process.
