Oncore by Clare Smyth is currently seeking a highly experienced Head Sommelier to join their dedicated team. You will responsible for maintaining the wine list, recommending wines accordingly and ensures the wine is enjoyed. In additional you will be responsible for maintaining and executing all special beverage promotions designed to increase beverage sales in the restaurant. In this role you will enjoy creating a tailored experience for each guest by being visible throughout service.

• Valid RSA certificate
• Experience with People-soft or similar inventory system is advantageous
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience within a customer facing role
• Experience within a fast-paced environment
• Sound written and verbal communication skills
• Unrestricted working rights to fulfill the full time working hours of the rol
