EXPERIENCE REQUIRED..
A successful Cowshed Head Therapist for Soho House will ideally have experience in a customer service role in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.
- Formal training and certification in beauty therapy
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of beauty products and treatments
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE…
- Provide a range of beauty treatments including facials, massages, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and body treatments
- Leading the training of therapists and ensuring therapists provide services according to Soho Standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all equipment is properly sanitized and stored
- Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques
- Recommend and sell retail products to guests to enhance their at-home beauty routine
- Build and maintain relationships with guests to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty
- Participate in training and development sessions to improve your skills and knowledge
