Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Spa Therapist to join our team. As a Senior Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional spa treatments and services to our guests, as well as mentoring, training, and developing more junior therapists. All applicants must have excellent customer service and organisational skills, and a high level of professional practice.
DUTIES:
- To produce the therapist rota to support the demands of the business.
- Responsible for ensuring that the spa therapists are aware of all changes to their schedule
- Order treatment room stock and keep accurate room inventories.
- Training new starters existing Therapists in Treatment procedures products
- To carry out beauty treatments to the required standards ensuring the specific treatment time is adhered to.
- Own the development of the spa treatment menus, marketing, and promotional activities.
- To give professional advice to guests and promote available
- To promote products, along with a full home care
- To stay with the clients throughout the treatment, escorting them to and from the reception area.
- To liaise in a positive and constructive manner with the Front of House Manager on the day’s scheduled treatments, any changes, or additions to meet the ever-changing needs of our guests. Flexibility and cooperation are required.
