Analytics (AN) covers the promoting of data science to demystify big data and unlock new business potentials from complex data sources. This covers a huge scope: from classical data gathering and business intelligence, through designing and implementing machine learning, all the way to architecting systems that automate data gathering, analytics, and integrating their outcome into other applications. Determines the foundation for data driven and fact based decision making. Provides the tools and intelligence to formulate strategies and future business development plans.

SUBFAMILY DESCRIPTION

Business Intelligence & Analysis (BIA) comprises the collection and analysis of business (intelligence) and operational data to help Nokia make informed business decisions. Covers blending of historical data from available industry reports, public information, field reports or purchased sources, and user data and the performing of analyses to support business and product decisions. Consists of identification and analyses of industry / geographic trends and competitive market strategies and the monitoring of current / potential customers and their potential impact on Nokia. Covers provision of data science and analytics with business architecture and data points required to design data architectures. Comprises development of new insights and the understanding of business performance.

• Development and maintenance of analytics solutions, mainly by visualizing key KPIs and other business data with PowerBI, Excel and other analytics tools
• Lead or support project management activities for projects across multiple businesses
• Lead or support critical processes e.g., headcount planning, risk management, while identifying simplification and improvements
• Prepares comparative information of statistics and presents the data mined by data science in a more presentable format to the larger audience.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to create or shape projects or analyses in line with business needs
• Experience in headcount processes and analytics
• Advanced Excel knowledge
• Power BI, PowerPoint
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to present and summerize data to the stakeholders
• Adaptable and independent
