OneSchool Global New Zealand (OSGNZ) is embarking on an exhilarating journey to redefine the role of Head of Department, empowering educators to be responsible for ‘what’s taught and how it’s taught’.

As Head of Department, you’ll be the visionary leader driving excellence. Your canvas? The minds of our students, ripe for inspiration and innovation.
Overseeing curriculum and assignment planning, assignment quality assurance and assessments, you’ll support Campus Principals in their responsibility for quality assurance of lessons, studies, and tutorials.
The successful candidate will be a team leader with a future-focused and collaborative approach to integrated learning, with lessons delivered through face-to-face interactions and Zoom. A solid understanding of the New Zealand Curriculum and NCEA is essential.
