Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

CoolPlanet is seeking a diligent and proactive Health and Safety Administrator to join our Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) team. The Health and Safety Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting our efforts to manage safety on all our projects, ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, and contributing to the overall well-being of our employees and stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the EHS team in the development, implementation, and maintenance of health and safety documentation, including policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Generate and update support documents across the organisation to ensure consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the EHS team to prepare and compile necessary documentation for ISO certification processes.
  • Assist in internal audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide administrative support to the procurement function, including maintaining supplier health and safety documentation and conducting risk assessments as needed.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and standards when needed.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of health and safety training programs for employees to promote a culture of safety awareness and compliance.
  • Support communication initiatives to raise awareness of health and safety policies, procedures, and best practices across the organisation.
