They will review, develop, and improve policies and procedures in line with relevant legislation and best practices to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

  • Third Level Qualification in Health & Safety or a related discipline - essential.
  • A minimum of 2 years H & S experience is required - experience in food manufacturing is a distinct advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, regulations, and standards.
  • Proven ability to drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent verbal, written, communication, and IT skills.
  • Effective handling of Health & Safety investigations.
