We have permanent Health Care Assistant positions available for either set hours or part time no fixed hours in Ward 2, Paediatrics at Whangarei Hospital.

FULL TRAINING AND ONGOING SUPPORT WILL BE PROVIDED; NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE OR QUALIFICATIONS ARE NEEDED TO APPLY.

In this role you will work under the direction and delegation of a registered nurse (RN) and assist patients to meet their activities of daily living, comfort and safety needs. You will also perform delegated patient care duties to enhance the satisfaction of the patient and housekeeping duties to provide a clean tidy and organized environment.
