MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Customer Service experience
- Computer proficiency
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate’s Degree from an accredited institution
- Experience providing support within a chiropractic clinic
- Ability to effectively communicate in Spanish

Responsibilities:
- Greet and attend to patients in person and over the phone in a professional and courteous manner
- Check patients in and out
- Schedule appointments with accuracy and speed
- Provide timely and accurate responses to patient inquiries and requests.
- Process and reconcile patient payments.
- Prepare and process bank deposits.
- Perform all duties within HIPAA regulations
- Ensure privacy of data and appropriate storage and disposal.
- Maintain up to date manual of procedures.
- Accurate data entry of demographic and insurance information into record-keeping software
- Maintain appropriate records of patient visits in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintain current paper and electronic files in a manner that ensures easy document and information retrieval.
- Work successfully with faculty, staff, students and administration.
- Provide supervisor with appropriate updates regarding issues, concerns, progress, and obstacles related to the achievement of goals.
- Ensure the timely and accurate production of reports or other departmental items as assigned
- Maintain confidentiality related to protected health information.
- Demonstrated honesty and integrity in all aspects of position.
- Adhere to company policy and procedures during all activities
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Perform additional tasks as needed and/or requested
