MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Customer Service experience
  • Computer proficiency

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate’s Degree from an accredited institution
  • Experience providing support within a chiropractic clinic
  • Ability to effectively communicate in Spanish

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and attend to patients in person and over the phone in a professional and courteous manner
  • Check patients in and out
  • Schedule appointments with accuracy and speed
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to patient inquiries and requests.
  • Process and reconcile patient payments.
  • Prepare and process bank deposits.
  • Perform all duties within HIPAA regulations
  • Ensure privacy of data and appropriate storage and disposal.
  • Maintain up to date manual of procedures.
  • Accurate data entry of demographic and insurance information into record-keeping software
  • Maintain appropriate records of patient visits in accordance with established procedures.
  • Maintain current paper and electronic files in a manner that ensures easy document and information retrieval.
  • Work successfully with faculty, staff, students and administration.
  • Provide supervisor with appropriate updates regarding issues, concerns, progress, and obstacles related to the achievement of goals.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate production of reports or other departmental items as assigned
  • Maintain confidentiality related to protected health information.
  • Demonstrated honesty and integrity in all aspects of position.
  • Adhere to company policy and procedures during all activities
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Perform additional tasks as needed and/or requested
  • Participate in functions and activities that advance the mission of the Institution.
