HEALTH IMPROVEMENT COORDINATOR

Salary: Range 3 - £24,525 - £29,268 per annum / pro rata
Location: Hybrid – Works part in the office (Gun Wharf) and part from home
Contract: Permanent
Working Pattern: Full Time
Hours: 37 hours per week.

The Supporting Healthy Weight Team are recruiting this role to support our food and nutrition services and projects across Medway for children and families. This focuses on the delivery of outcomes and ambitions highlighted in national and local strategies.
The position will be responsible for delivering and coordinating nutrition services such Little food explorers and Little Chefs. The role will play a key part in training and building positive relationships with local partners and venues, ranging from health visitors, children’s and family hubs, schools, adult education and other charity or community settings.
