We are looking for a registered health professional (e.g., mental health nurse, psychologist, occupational therapist, or social worker) to fill this rewarding role. Experience working with Youth, Pacific, Māori and in Mental Health will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:
- You will work as a fully integrated team member of the General Practice Team, providing immediate, accessible therapy (particularly Focused Acceptance and Commitment therapy FACT) to patients and deliver evidence-based group programs to patients in partnership with the General Practice Team, their enrolled population and whanau;
- You will provide consultation, education, and advice to members of the General Practice Team;
- You will also support local population health by developing intervention pathways based on the clinical need.
