We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Health and Lifestyle Co-Ordinator to join our Operations team located in the Bowen Basin, Central Queensland.
Reporting to the General Manager Operations, this is a customer focused role that promotes and develops increased participation in health, social and recreational activities for our guests and team members of all ages and abilities. This role works across 4 Civeo Villages within the Bowen Basin - Moranbah, Dysart, Middlemount and Nebo offering a lifestyle friendly roster of 8 days on / 6 days off, Drive in / Drive Out and locals are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Provide a high quality of service to our guests and team members.
- Actively promote lifestyle events at site that drive our guests and team members engagement.
- Deliver group fitness classes, individual health assessments and meal plans.
- Develop and facilitate nutrition, portion control and healthy meal workshops.
- Develop and co-ordinate health and fitness challenges to help guests and team members to meet their goals along with social activities such as Trivia nights, Pool Competitions etc.
- Continuously keeping abreast of new industry initiatives to ensure best practice health and fitness practices through ongoing research and education.
