The Health Literacy Coordinator will utilise their administration, coordination and organisational skills to contribute to the successful delivery of Mercy Health’s Health Literacy Framework and associated quality improvement program.
- Part-time role supporting improved communication and best-practice health literacy initiatives
- Database management
- Support health services to identify and action improvements to patient experience
- Design and help facilitate awareness events and focus group discussions
- Work collaboratively with others to ensure health services meet criteria for patient-centred care
- Champion plain language in verbal and written communicatio
