Description:

KWS Berlin GmbH is staffing for a newly-created Expert Health Management (m/f/d) position the holder of which, in close cooperation with the HSE department, will frame, steer, and drive the continous development of Global Health Management for the whole KWS Group and put appropriate measures in place for fostering the health, employability, and well-being of our employees. This position is located in Berlin, unlimited and in full-time.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that KWS has a modern, holistic health management in place that is appropriately implemented
  • Designing, planning, and implementing health (counseling) services tailored to KWS in close coordination with the HSE and relevant (local) stakeholders
  • Monitoring and anticipating global trends and market developments in occupational health management and assessing their impact on KWS
  • Regularly analyzing and deriving of target group-oriented measures and leading its implementation in close cooperation with the HSE department and locally responsible parties like HRBPs
  • Handling interfaces and stakeholder management including delivery of workshops and presentations, and leading/contributing to health committees
  • Leading health management projects (of global scope or local projects with wider impact), advising on local projects and supporting their execution
  • Developing and using a health management dashboard with KPIs based on applicable regulations and reporting
  • Coordinating local health management practices in cooperation with the HSE department
  • Driving the further development of digitalization in the field of health management
