Our client, a leading life insurer, is seeking talented individuals to join their Health Product Development team on a 1-year contract basis. Responsibilities:

As part of our client’s Health Product Development team, you will:

• Spearhead product development strategy across diverse customer segments and markets, overseeing collateral creation and ownership.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis in Singapore, evaluating competitor offerings and pricing for informed product reviews.
• Manage product development timelines, collaborating with key stakeholders, facilitating approvals, and driving digital platform development.
• Provide assistance to Underwriters by aiding in applicant screening and evaluating risk factors for both Individual and Group Health Products.

Qualifications:

Our client is looking for candidates who possess:

• At least 3 years of experience in Health product Development (Group Health, Integrated Shield Plan)
• Experience in Employee Benefits is an added advantage
• Candidates who are experienced in Group Pricing will be highly considered too
• Detail-oriented and with strong time management skills
