An opportunity has arisen within the Health Records department for an Operational Team Leader, supporting the Operational Co-Ordinator.
The department is looking for an outstanding individual to join the team and provide a first-class administrative service, which supports the department’s patient focused ethos. The successful candidate will need to have a flexible approach to work, that supports both service provision and the Trusts behavioral values [ICORE].
The roles’ primary function is to support the operational co-ordinator in delivering agreed processes to service users across the Trust. Key aspects of this role consist of good communication skills, organizing and evaluating workloads and their outcomes and in addition this, the successful candidate should be able to demonstrate a can-do attitude.
Candidates should ideally have experience of working in a fast-paced environment, without direct supervision, whilst being able to demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure in demanding situations.
Anyone applying for a position which involves a regulated activity will require a DBS.
