Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
A key role for our HSEQ function, this position will take leadership for all Health and Safety activities across the program of works. You will be embedded both internally and client side, ensuring client KPI’s are consistently monitored and reported to Calibre and Client Management. Some key responsibilities will include;
- Provide support and advice to the Project Management Team regarding the Calibre Health and Safety and Client HSEQ Management Systems, Incident Investigation, Performance Statistics, Risk Assessments etc
- Audit and reviewing projects to ensure compliance to Client contractual delivery
- Reviewing contractor Health and safety Management Plans and associated documentation and performance against the contractual requirements of the proposed scope of work and tender Maintaining close liaison with contractor organisations engaged by the projects as well as the client Health and Safety Manager to ensure change management and implementation of new initiatives across the program of works
- Coordinates all reviews, changes, and upgrades to the client specific Delivery Safety Management System for final approval and issue
